This part describes single family houses which consist of isolated housing, usually developed on two levels. The openings (windows, doors..) can be present on all external sides having the possibility to put particular attention to the connection between internal and external spaces. These kind of buildings are mostly located in peripheral and rural areas. In the first construction period, about 1918, in larger cities often spacious mansions with impressive reception areas and for that time typical masonry and stucco ornamentation were built. In rural areas single-family houses were much more moderate than in large cities, their appearance and construction depended on the architectural influences of the regions.
